Overview
The Financial Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operations of the financial services department, assisting with administrative tasks, client communication, and project coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
* Assist client service managers, including account opening, maintenance, and documentation.
* Coordinate client meetings and appointments, preparing meeting materials and ensuring all necessary documents are available.
* Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, responding to questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with financial transactions, including processing payments, transfers, and withdrawals, and reconciling account balances.
* Maintain accurate records and files, organizing documents and data in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate with external service providers, such as custodians, investment managers, and insurance carriers, to facilitate client transactions and service requests.
* Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, providing administrative support and coordinating activities as needed.
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial services, participating in training and professional development opportunities as appropriate.

What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* 2+ years of experience in financial services, administrative support, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with plan participants, colleagues, and external service providers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
