In this role, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the financial services sector. Our client helps financial advisors to high-net-worth clients grow their businesses, retain client assets, and differentiate themselves in the marketplace.
Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new clients within the financial services industry through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship building. You will be trying to target advisors to high-net-worth clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services, staying current on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise in financial services and being able to explain complex solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our financial products.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline, consistently updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the team to enhance product development and positioning.
Qualifications: - Proven track record of success in financial services sales.
- Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Internal wholesale experience at a finance firm is a huge plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Occasional travel. Maybe a few times a year.
