Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Triages client leads and makes referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Meets with clients to review financial and investment goals and builds a financial plan.
  • Recommends brokerage products and banking strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
  • Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay Transparency details:

Pay range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions.
