The **Financial Specialist** assumes a leadership role within their area of specialty and will interact with all levels of management.
**Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Eco Forecast and quarterly 18 month rolling forecast
+ Lead/Project Manage entire process
+ Document process
+ Recommend process improvements
+ Key contributor all the way from assumption gathering, leading meetings with stakeholders, assisting with technical issues, final presentation deck and narratives
+ Proformas for major Enterprise projects
+ Finance Decks
+ Financial Review meeting
+ Finance Committee
+ Board Retreats
+ Rating Agencies
+ Other
+ FTE Management
+ Margin Initiatives
+ Benchmarking
+ Deep analytics - hospital level detail
**Skills/Attributes needed:**

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **Required** - 8 years - Accounting; **Required** - 8 years - Financial Analysis; Or - 6 years - Relevant experience with Masters
**Preferred:**
+ CPA (Accounting)
