A startup company under one of the larges logistics organizations in the world is seeking a Finance specialist for a hybrid, 6month contract opportunity out of Hebron, KY. This individual will be responsible for all finance tasks and functions including monthly closing activities, controlling operating revenues and expenses, and oversight of billing, payroll and ledger transactions.Responsibilities include:Customer billing, implementing financial transitions into correct systemsOversee or perform inventory and cost accounting analysesEnsure accurate customer billingAnalyze and summarize financial data in order to offer insight to managementPrepare monthly high quality reports for management and ownershipMonitor invoice payment and initiate collection processes as requiredWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
