We are excited to offer the opportunity to join the opening team of Calusso, the premier fine dining destination at Pier Sixty-Six, featuring cuisine inspired by the Rivieras of France and Italy. In this pivotal role, you will be an essential part of a team dedicated to delivering distinctively different and elevated culinary experiences to our guests.
Reporting directly to the Sous Chef, your role will be to provide outstanding service within our Signature restaurant. This position is ideal for someone with a deep passion for refined culinary techniques and a commitment to service excellence.
