About the Company

Exciting Career Opportunity! Fine Dining Restaurant Manager at Carvers on 19, located on the top floor of the Hard Rock Hotel, is seeking a dedicated fine-dining restaurant Manager. This role involves Overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading the team to create a positive and productive dining environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the fine dining venue's daily operations, including inventory management, food and beverage costs, labor, and operating budgets.
  • Ensure the highest standards of products are served and provide exceptional guest service while promptly addressing concerns.
  • Provide leadership to staff while fostering a positive, cooperative work environment.
  • Interview, hire, train, and orient new team members for their roles.
  • Evaluate job performance and create performance improvement plans.
  • Develop efficient departmental schedules to optimize labor costs.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs and maximizing revenue while analyzing financial reports.
  • Order supplies, maintain par stocks, and ensure accurate inventory levels to minimize food and beverage waste.
  • Conduct group and individual training on policies, procedures, food and beverage choices, equipment, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative and profitable menus.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in managing a fine dining restaurant.
  • Understanding fine wines and proper service techniques. Knowledge of fine wines and service.
  • Full bar liquor knowledge, including top-shelf bourbons.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize efficiently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food safety certification and alcohol service licensing are required as mandated by the appropriate regulatory agency.
