$19-22/hour based on experienceKey Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests promptly, providing menus and detailed descriptions of menu items and specials with a positive attitude
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings
- Assist in preparing menu items prior to service as assigned
- Serve meals and beverages with a high level of care, following fine-dining service standards
- Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant ensuring an organized and inviting atmosphere
- Set tables and rearrange the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service
- Address resident and guest inquiries/feedback with professionalism
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system and OpenTable for business functions
- Convey important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale food service/hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible schedule, including primary availability on weekends and holidays
- Passion for providing outstanding service to residents and guests
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
