Reference #: 500#######200 Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Finished Goods Handler to join our team of manufacturing professionals in Hanover, PA on Week Night Shift. As a Finished Goods Handler this candidate will be responsible to move product, pull orders, load trailers and coordinate trailer movement with local and outlying facilities.This position works Monday- Thursday 5:55PM-5:55AM. Key Responsibilities Moves product from packing area to warehouse by pulling jacks/forklift filled with product. Accurately scans finished product into inventory with use of scanning equipment. Pulls orders for WDC, Repack and HDC to load onto track from Pl. 4 to Pl. 3. Must be able to prioritize workload to satisfy all production requirements. Provides appropriate production components. Must be able to perform all functions of the lineperson position as required which include moving product using a hand jack and being able to lift 45 pound cartons. Must have or be able to obtain forklift license. Must be able to maintain integrity of product rows and pull product in proper code rotation. Must be able to load trailers. Responsible to follow all safety rules, work safely at all times, and report unsafe equipment and practices to supervisor. Helps clean floor and equipment in packing room daily/weekly. Requires working proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Requires basic math and reading skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and understand English communication. Knowledge of types and locations of products and truck loading procedures acquired through on the job training. The ability to prioritize workload to satisfy all production requirements. Requires a forklift operator's license. Requires the ability to operate a hand jack and life up to 45 lbs. Requires own reliable transportation to the worksite. Able to commit to the 3 day- 12 hour work schedule.
