Position Summary Reporting the Shift Supervisor, the Front-End Loader Operator will operate a front-end-loader to maneuver product in the plant warehouse. Position Responsibilities
  • Blow off bulk bags before Peanuts are loaded on truck. Carefully inspect all trucks for leaks, insects, signs of rodents, etc. and report their findings to the supervisor.
  • Clean the trailers out before loading.
  • Line inside of the trailers with paper before loading.
  • All employees are directly responsible for the quality of OEN products. Each employee must perform their job function in accordance to the GMP rules and the Sanitation, Safety and HACCP Programs.
  • Follow safe work practices and comply with all company, federal and state rules and regulations which apply to the job, including but not limited to, Right to Know, emergency evacuation, electrical safety, confined space, bloodborne pathogens and lockout/tagout.
  • Keep the Supervisor informed of all problems.
  • Execute special projects and other job-related activities as directed.
  • Sanitation:
    • Keep the loading area and dock platform clean.
    • Keep all areas assigned to you on the sanitation schedule maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • High School or Ged is preferred.
  • Zero to Five years' experience is preferred.
