JOB SUMMARY: Perform duties to prepare a wide range of logo and lettering designs, as part of the manufacturing of large, custom, special purpose vehicles, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work from specifications, shop orders, drawings, cover sheets, samples and instructions
  • Review material and product requirements. Receive logo requests from customers or any company facilities involving sample hard copy, verbal description or only general customer concept.
  • Review and analyze requirements and communicate with designated parties to develop details. Determine probable requirements for considerations such as size, color and composition.
  • Produce final artwork for application to vehicles.
  • Check graphics copy to ensure adherence to critical specifications and record production. Complete required documents. Notify supervisor of unusual equipment or operating problems.
  • Make periodic inventory analysis, cycle count and prepare orders for material and supplies inventory to meet requirements.
  • Communicate data relating to job status.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):
  • Must possess a HS Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Must be able to read and understand English
  • Strong work ethic / Be a team player
  • Must be able to climb, twist, bend and stoop.
  • Must have use of hands and be able to work over-head.
  • Must be able to stand, squat, and grasp.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
