Performing general duties that are job specific to each area. Performing specified cleaning requirements, quality control checks and completing required electronic and paper documentation processes.ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety standards at all timesOperate battery manufacturing equipment efficiently to meet productivity expectationsPerform quality checks and record data as requiredBe a self-starter - demonstrate initiative to identify and apply solutions to remove roadblocksDemonstrate ownership and willingness to continuously improve self and area of accountabilityMake equipment adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standardMaintain equipment cleanliness and good housekeeping of work areasRecognize continuous improvement opportunities that will enhance safety, quality, organization, and productivityOther duties as assignedWe we are looking forAt least 2 years of production/manufacturing operations experienceMust be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting, walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs and laddersSelf-motivated with ability to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervisionMust have good verbal and written communication skillsMust have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and abilitiesShift:12-hr Day 7am-7pm 2-2-3 (2 Openings)12-hr Night 7pm-7am 2-2-3 (3 Openings)Come join us!Energizer offers a competitive compensation package which includes medical and retirement savings coverage, paid holidays.Benefits include:Competitive Pay.
