One Stop Solution.Job DescriptionUnder the general direction of the Finishing Manager, the Finishing Specialist performs all necessary finishing and packaging functions typical of the reprographics industry. This position will be located in our New York location.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs finishing operations such as weeding, cutting, installing grommets, laminating, and/or mounting of printed jobsEnsures all jobs are packaged properly and sent to customers in a timely fashion.Maintains and cleans production and finishing equipment on a regular basis.Assists Finishing Manager in maintaining inventory and organizing production suppliesCreates boxes for packing completed jobs as needed.Assists installation team as needed.Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:High school degree or equivalent0 – 2 years of experience in the field or in a related areaAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to multitask and work on multiple project simultaneously without losing focusExperience with laminating, installing, and mounting of printed jobsExperience with bindery.
