We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position will be in located Key West, FL. Firetrol is a customer driven business, customer satisfaction is paramount and the key to success.* Ensure all project operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way* Purchase and track job site materials* Formulate strategic and operational objectives through coordination with installation teams and the customer* Maintain field quality control* Ensure all field staff are meeting the customer and Firetrol safety requirements* Oversee projects to maintain and improve budget goals* Communicate frequently with operational staff about job status, progress, man loading and punch list* Proven work experience in the fire alarm industry* Level III NICET, Level IV preferred* Excellent communication skills* Leadership ability* Outstanding organizational skills* Experience budgeting and forecastingWe prefer a candidate to be local to the Key West area, but for the right candidate we would be willing to provide temporary housing or relocationFiretrol offers competitive wages and top-of-the-line benefits that include health, dental vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, generous paid time off practice and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match and immediate vesting.
