Our main office is based in St. Paul, MN, with a satellite location in Bismarck, ND.We are looking for a motivated, independent, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. The technician's primary duties will be performing system inspections, new system programming & checkout, new system installation, and emergency service of existing systems. No prior experience or education is required. We provide competitive pay, 401K plan, medical and dental plans. This position has great potential for personal growth and responsibility. This position requires travel with a trained technician, as you will install or service our clients throughout ND and Eastern Montana. The company pays for all travel expenses.The best candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, computer literate, and able to problem solve. Must have good communication skills and professional image.Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-Year Electrical Technical Degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and written
  • Valid driver's license; in accordance with Company policy
  • Willing to pass a drug test and background check
  • Primary daily duties to take place within the Twin Cities Metro Area, but willingness to travel on occasion is a plus
