Fire Alarm Technician

Supports the company by performing installations, testing, repair, inspection and maintenance of fire alarm protection systems and equipment. Essential Functions- including but not limited to:Perform installation, testing, repair, inspections, troubleshooting and programming as applicable, on fire alarm systems and equipment in compliance with electrical and fire safety codes. Ensure systems are functioning correctly and address any issues that arise. Ensure that all systems meet local and national fire safety regulations. Complete inspection reports and repair work orders via mobile device and submit them on a timely basis. Ability to read blueprints. Pull materials for jobs as required. Maintain truck inventory when applicable. Communicate with customers review work and answer any service, quality or technical questions. Other job specific functions may be required depending on level. Serve on the on-call emergency service rotation. General Functions.
