- Low Voltage Engineering and Alarm Systems expertise
- Troubleshooting and Life Safety skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory codes and standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant certification or training in fire protection is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional technical certifications preferred
- NICET certification a plus but not required
