FIRE LIFE SAFETY DIRECTOR - Commercial, Residential, & HealthcareBronx, Manhattan & Elmhurst, NYCompensation Range: $25.00-$30.00 Per HourSchedulesSaturday and Sunday 11:00AM-11:00PM (Manhattan, $28.27)Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (Elmhurst, Queens, $30)Thursday 2pm - 10pm | Friday 8am - 5pm (Bronx, $29)Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Manhattan, $25)Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (Manhattan, $26)As an FLSD, you are charged with planning and implementing fire and life safety plans, ensuring all systems associated with fire safety are in working order, and making sure that all buildings under your care are up to the most current fire codes.Qualifications:
- NYS Security Guard license
- 16 HR OJT Certification
- F89 CERTIFICATION
- Must have passed an onsite FLSD examination
- At least 3 years of FLSD experience
- Experience in operating 6+ floor buildings preferred
