Johnson Controls creates innovative, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs into the future.What you will do:The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Installation Operations Manager and Project Managers with coordination, ordering/sourcing of equipment, scheduling of manpower, and the following other duties as assigned.How you will do it:The Project Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Coordinate & facilitate multiple discipline projects from conception through final deliveryProvide support to Construction Manager, Project Manager, installers, design and sales teamCoordinate delivery of installation documents & drawingsOrdering of equipment & materials for projectsAssist with coordination of delivery of equipment to the job siteAssist in the scheduling of JHFP Fire Alarm techniciansAssist in the scheduling of sub-contractors for sub-contractor installed projectsCoordinate delivery of close-out documentsCoordination of Permitting ProcessAssist with the creation of purchase ordersProcurement and verification of project schedulesAssist with tracking of project RFI's, change orders and other pertinent documentationWhat we look for:RequiredHigh School diploma or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, EXCEL, Power PointValid driver's license with a good driving record.2 years construction coordination experience with construction projects preferredAbility to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated and creative solutions.Ability to assist in maintaining project budgets, projections and construction schedulesStrong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong computer and related software application skillsEffective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skillsProven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environmentDemonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesStrong multi-tasking and organizational skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
