What you will do:

Instruction supervisors, field technicians, and sales representatives in the scheduling of fire alarm and security projects in commercial, educational, and industrial facilities.

How you will do it:

  • Provide superior customer satisfaction through fast paced coordination and high-volume communication.

  • Participate in weekly operations meetings.

  • Develop personal tools to track and monitor resources and building requirements.

  • Support the maintenance of electronic project folder database with required documents as needed.

  • Support technicians by coordinating and supporting the resolution of field issues.

  • Outlook email and calendar management.

  • Assist in the scheduling of vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.

  • Assist with project closeout coordination to support timely finishing of projects in the system.

What we look for:

Required

  • Ability to work 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday and overtime as required.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating.

  • Proficiency with PC's and Microsoft's suite of Office software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and databases.

  • Successful background check and drug screen.

  • High school Diploma or GED.

  • 2 or more years in a high-volu2me, customer service-oriented position.

Preferred

  • 2- or 4-year business degree preferred.

  • Experience in a construction related industry preferred.

Hourly Rate:: $26.00 -$38.00 per hour depending on experience
