A globally recognised MEP firm in Boston is looking to grow their Fire Protection team with a mechanically focused Fire Protection Engineer.

In this role you will utilise your skills in Revit and AutoCAD to carry out designs in line with customer specifications. You will visit different building locations in the Boston area to carry out calculations using HydraCalc to ensure optimal sprinkler layout. You'll also work closely with the rest of the team on projects to ensure that infrastructure and facilities are suitable for requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant discipline
• 2+ years experience in Fire Protection
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and HydraCalc software
• Approachable demeanour and comfortable dealing with customers
• Willingness to travel in the Boston area (some travel out of state (
