Job DescriptionGPAC is partnered with a national leader seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Fire Sprinkler New Construction Sales representative. This role is pivotal in driving sales for new construction projects, including schools, resorts, hotels, warehouses, industrial centers, and residential high-rises. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Bidding: Develop bids and proposals for new construction projects, including layout and design of fire sprinkler systems using design software.
  • Project Management: Oversee the bidding process, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects of sprinkler systems are accounted for.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • System Knowledge: Be well-versed in the design, installation, and operation of various fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, and pre-action systems.
  • Market Focus: Focus on local markets and expand into other opportunities, particularly in sectors such as education, hospital, industrial, and residential high-rise construction.
  • Field Work: Conduct on-site visits for accurate measurements, site assessments, and client meetings to determine the best sprinkler system design.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler system design, installation, and sales.
  • Technical Skills: Able to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in fire sprinkler design programs a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, tablets, and other technology tools for design, communication, and documentation.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler system components and industry codes.
