Key Responsibilities:
- Make first-time calls to customers/clients for various collection activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries related to payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets.
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus (ability to communicate effectively in more than one language is highly desirable).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or collections experience is an advantage, but not required.
