Position Summary:The First Year Troop Support Specialist supports member retention by providing intentional support to new troops and troop leaders during their first year as a Girl Scout troop. The First Year Troop Support Specialist will provide support and mentoring to all first year troops in assigned geographic areas.Position Qualifications:Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including regularly working evenings and weekendsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated skill in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software programs as necessaryBachelor's degree with concentration in related field or equivalentAbility to travel to various service centers and to meetings throughout the designated territory.For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
