The Fiscal Accounting & Reporting Manager will manage KINBER compliance, reporting, evaluation, and assist with the financial record keeping and reporting for other related funding streams. Additionally, the Fiscal Accounting & Reporting Manager will assist in developing financial components for sizeable grant applications and fiscal sponsorships as well as monitor budgets and projects for grant-funded projects. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a demonstrated track record of building strong relationships.Fiscal Accounting & Reporting Manager Position Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldA minimum of five years of experience with accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingExperience with large grants and fiscal grant management, strongly preferredDemonstrated project management experience with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departmentsProficiency with technology including Microsoft 365 office suite including Excel, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, strongly preferredDemonstrated community involvement, preferredPlease submit resume and cover letter.
