**The responsibilities and qualifications for the Fitness Advisor position are as follows.**
**We are offering full-time and/or part-time positions with the following compensation:**
* **Hourly pay up to $12**
* **Commission for sales**
* **Complimentary Services**
* **Closed on Holidays**
* **PTO (full-time only)**

**Responsibilities:**
* **Execute sales process for new memberships**
* **Conduct studio tours to guests and potential members**
* **Have a passion for selling and meet and exceed sales goals**
* **Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions**
* **Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests**
* **Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members**
* **Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe**
* **Setting up clients with EMS suit and other equipment**
* **Book, Confirm and Check out clients.**
* **All other duties as assigned**
**Qualifications:**
* **Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred**
* **Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required**
* **Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services**
* **Passion for health & fitness**
* **Basic computer proficiency**
* **High School graduate**
