Job Title Fitness Attendant for Fall 2024/Spring 2025 Department Recreational Sports Office Job Description/DutiesThis position requires the candidate to clean and organize fitness equipment and actively supervise all fitness areas within the Student Life Center to ensure a safe and secure environment for patrons. Potential candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge and experience of cardio and weight training equipment and be willing to visually and verbally help patrons learn how to use equipment. This position requires a strong level of confidence working in a fitness setting and the ability to enforce facility rules, policies and procedures. Walking around continuously throughout each shift is required to ensure a high level of safety.The screening and selection process will take place in August/September 2024 until a successful candidate is chosen.
