- Welcome, greet and provide assistance to facility users.
- Provide safe and effective instruction on all fitness equipment.
- Provide appropriate and safe assistance to individuals regarding their exercise program and/or use of equipment.
- Maintain and clean exercise equipment and related spaces.
- Enforce all facility rules.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- An understanding of strength training and cardiovascular exercise.
- Ability to use and operate resistance training and cardiovascular equipment.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Must be a ULV student.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to assist individuals in developing a safe and effective exercise program
- Kinesiology major or minor or related major or experience in fitness industry.
- CPR/AED certified preferred but not required at hire.
