Job Title: Fitness Center Front Desk Clerk

Schedule: 05:00 to 20:00 - Monday through Friday; 09:00 to 16:00 - Saturday; 09:00 to 15:00 - Sunday
Location: Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or recreational facility.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patrons.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software for scheduling, data entry, and membership management.
Duties:
- Greet Patrons: Welcome patrons to the fitness center and provide a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Check-in Members: Manage the check-in process using a government-provided system or manual sign-in during system downtime, ensuring that all patrons are authorized users with appropriate identification.
- Handle Inquiries: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address in-person queries regarding membership, facility services, and class schedules.
- Membership Management: Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations. Maintain up-to-date records of member information.
