Job DescriptionThe Fitness Concierge is responsible forproviding superior level customer service to our members, prospective members and guests. As a Fitness Concierge, you will demonstrate an aptitude and command of our company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of our brand. The Concierge will ensure each member interaction is personalized guaranteeing the club provides the highest level of service. Our Fitness Concierges have an inside track to become Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors and Sales Representatives.Responsibilities:Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the clubCheck in all members and guests in accordance with company proceduresAnswer phones in courteous, helpful, professional mannerFunction as an initial source of information regarding all services available within our clubExemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiencesMaintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policiesAssist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product paymentsServe as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactionsEngage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resourcesAttend staff meetings and other meetings as requiredFunction as a brand ambassador inside and outside of the gymMaintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcomeMaintain a professional disposition at all timesSupport the service desks and gym floorCommunicate special events to members and guestsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist in all projects as delegated by club managementOffer services direct to clients, partnering with all functional teams to deliver memorable experiencesResolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.Regular, consistent cleaning and sanitizing of communal spaces and assigned areasQualifications:Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided)Basic computer proficiencyAbility to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor.Able to work varied shifts, including days and eveningsPassion to serve othersEffective communication skillsMust be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, and bend for the duration of a shiftMust enjoy working in a team environment6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferredMust be 18 years of age or older#J-18808-Ljbffr
