Cabin counselors play a dual role at camp, residing with a specific bunk and age group while teaching their expertise to a designated activity area.Coaches will spend, on average, 3-4 hours per day in the gym teaching classes. Compensation begins with an age-based salary and travel allowance, with additional bonuses available based on background and expertise.As role models, counselors are expected to embody qualities such as fun-lovingness, creativity, patience, and a sincere commitment to the well-being and growth of our campers.
