Member Experience Manager (MXM) Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual, who has a passion for helping others, fill our Member Experience Manager position! The MXM serves as a fitness guidance counselor to all members, educator and mentor for training staff, and 'strategist' to the club manager in growing the club's coaching program. The MXM play's a key role in implementing the Member On-boarding Process, which includes, conducting Fitness Consultations, determining the right level of coaching and resources needed for each member to achieve their fitness goals, and managing member retention by ensuring meaningful touch points for the lifetime of the member. The MXM is also responsible for organizing the coaching team, helping with general upkeep of the club and assisting in community outreach to positively influence member acquisition. We pride ourselves in building lasting relationships with our members, and providing them with the guidance, tools and support to ensure they reach their health and fitness goals. The MXM position plays a vital role in providing each member with the right amount of coaching and support to ensure success for both the member and the organization. Compensation for this position consists of a base pay, plus a commission based upon sales and performance. If you are not comfortable with having a percentage of your compensation based on performance, this role is not right for you. Responsibilities * Conducting fitness consultations * Ensuring ongoing touchpoints for all members * Personal Training sales * Overseeing all coaching programs and training services * Lead the personal training team * Provide complementary coaching to members as needed * Member retention * Client retention * Assisting with the upkeep of the club * Membership sales * Participate in community-sponsored events and other outside opportunities to promote the club * All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals * Customer service experience * Sales experience Benefits provided * Group Health Insurance including Dental and Vision * PTO * Retirement Plan * Free gym membership for Team Members and spouse
