As the fitness director for Club 24, your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the quality of the training program for your specific location.
• Setting up assessments with members, teaching members how to use equipment, booking members with introductions to the gym, as well as running these introductions.
• Limiting personal training client drop off (client retention).
• Meeting monthly sales expectations for personal training revenue.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

Shift: 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate: Middletown, CT 06457: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
