Principal Responsibilities:- Ensure a safe and comfortable workout environment through consistent circulation of weight and cardio floors
- Ability to answer basic fitness questions and have knowledge of equipment and proper workout technique
- Maintain fitness floor cleanliness and ensure all weights and equipment are in their proper place
- Ability to enforce all building policies and procedures
- Ability to execute emergency procedures when necessary
Minimum Qualifications:- Maintain positive attitude and desire to assist customers
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, members and guests
- Ability to self motivate
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Salary:$25,000 - $35,000
