We are in search of a motivated and creative fitness specialist for a full time hourly position available at one of our managed Fitness Centers located in or around King of Prussia, PA. As a Fitness Specialist, your duties will include the following:
- Provide high level customer service and hospitality to members
- Provide floor supervision and maintenance of the fitness center and equipment
- Assist members with any questions about the fitness center through knowledge of the equipment and services
- Coordinate and/or conduct personal training and other fitness services (wellness assessments, equipment orientations) - commission offered for sessions held while onsite
- Provide individual and group exercise instruction; educates participants on proper techniques to maximize exercise safety and effectiveness
- Assist management in daily tasks and projectt
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
- Assist members with their wellness goal
- Provide daily routine cleaning of exercise equipment.
Certifications: Must have a Personal Training or Group Exercise Certification from an accredited organization and/or a degree in Exercise Science or related field Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Hourly Rate: $16-$18 based on experience
- Personal Training Commission on top of base wage

- Additional opportunities for commission through personal training and programs up to 50% on top of hourly wage
