Join us in making a difference!Job DescriptionFitness Team Member $17.10 - $18.61As a valued team member, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
- Provide membership information and facilitate tours
- Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
- Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
- Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
- Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
- Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings

Preferred
- High school graduate or GED
- Customer Service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
