FITTER WELDERAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a Fitter Welder for a company based in Knoxville, TN. Primary responsibilities include to fabricate structural steel per drawings released for fabrication.Pay Rate $18.00- $20.00 per hour based on experience Schedule and Hours 6:00pm-4:30am Monday -Thursday Fitter Welder Duties and Responsibilities• Responsible for collecting all parts for each member they are fabricating. • Assemble each member per the fabrication drawings within a 1/8” tolerance. • Check for accuracy by a quality control representative. • Complete fabrication by welding the member out per the welding symbols shown on fabrication drawings and/or by bolting individual pieces per the specified torque range. • Transfer the members to the paint yard for clean-up and paint.
