Top Job Located in woodland , WA Salary: $23.00 an hourWe are searching for a Fixed Asset / Inventory Clerk for an employee-owned national civil contracting company.Primary Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Office Manager, this position will assist in management of fixed asset inventory and procurement, equipment billing, insurance requirements and renewals, oversight and management of IT fixed assets and coordination with IT support department, along with other duties to be assigned as needed.Pay - $23.00 an hourWork Schedule - 8am-5pmRequirements:
- Possess associate's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- Possess strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong knowledge and experience of fixed assets and General Ledger
- Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong ability to apply several accounting and reporting systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong ability to work individually or in a team setting with multiple managers
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time while setting priorities with projects.
- Experience managing relationship with a 3rd party IT company identifying technical solutions for hardware and software issues, conducting system administration, and providing end-user support
- Ideal candidate will have some working knowledge of construction from an office perspective.
