Join the Mizuho team as the Fixed Income Cash Development Team Lead!We are seeking a hands on Lead Java Developer with over 10 years of enterprise development experience.DutiesWork with multiple business linesProvide work estimates as neededDevelop system architectures, designs and conceptsCommunicate and drive common vision, practices and capabilities on development teamStay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be appliedDrive software development activities to meet schedules and timelinesMaintain and improve code quality using static & dynamic code analyses, security vulnerability scans, code coverage and CI/CD pipeline gatingProvide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to the development teamDesign, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirementsSkillsExperienced Java Developer (JDK 11 and 17)Apache Camel (Version 3 or 4)REST API (including Enterprise Authentication and Authentication)Enterprise services (including observability, configuration management and cloud deployment)Spring (including Spring Boot and Spring Boot Actuator)Message Drive Application development (Kafka, Active MQ or similar)MS SQL Server and/or Sybase experienceExperience with Capital Markets and understanding how Derivatives instruments are valuedPlus: fixed income experienceEducationBachelor degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science.The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$225k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
