Job DetailsJob Location Earth City Campus - Earth City, MO Position Type Full Time DescriptionSummary The Faith Kids Campus Director will work alongside the Faith Kids Ministry team to provide leadership, vision and direction that creates a life giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and volunteer team at one of our Campuses. The Faith Kids director will oversee all weekend services and ministry events that take place at their Campus. This position would work closely with the Global Kids Pastor in the execution, management and direction of this campus. This position requires its primary duty be the performance of work requiring advance knowledge, defined as work which is predominantly intellectual in character and which includes work requiring the consistent exercise of discretion and judgment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and organize childrens ministries at Campus.
  • Oversee implementation of policies and enforce compliance.
  • Follow and implement childrens ministry facility standards at their campus.
  • Work closely with the Global Kids Pastor to analyze effectiveness of programming and adjust as needed.
  • Lead and build teams to execute all aspects of childrens ministry for weekend services.
  • Consistent weekly communication with key leaders and parents.
  • Develop healthy community among parents and equip parents for discipleship through Sunday and small group experience.
  • Help develop and maintain all security standards.
  • Track growth for future development.
  • Seek opportunities to connect within local schools and communities.
  • Oversee implementation of Weekend experience for all children.
  • Oversee quality of services.
  • Help in development of ministry events including Kids Fest, Summer Camp, Christmas Events, Volunteer Grow Nights, etc.

  • Must have a heart for the Church and be a mature follower of Christ.
  • Proven ability to recruit, manage and develop a large volunteer base.
  • Computer competency in Planning Center, ProPresenter, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and pursuit of excellence through attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to plan, execute and carry out projects.
  • Ability to articulate and implement the vision of Faith Church.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills working with a variety of people from volunteers to parents to kids.
  • Solid theological grounding and understanding of current trends in childrens ministry.
  • Positive attitude and positive approach to problem solving. Must be solution oriented.
  • Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment) Physical Demands Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate. Sunday: Varies based on assigned campus Monday: 9:00AM 5:00PM Tuesday: 9:00AM 5:00PM (rotation week 10:00AM 9:00PM) Wednesday: 9:00AM 5:00PM Thursday: 9:00AM 5:00PM Friday: Off Saturday: Off (rotation week 3:00pm 7:00pm) Travel Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position. Required Education and Experience
  • Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
  • Ministry centered Bachelors degree
  • Preferred Education and Experience
  • Pastoral credentials
