Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:

Coordinate and perform administrative, technical, and analytical tasks related to fleet asset management. Service as an administrator of the fleet management system. Responsible for data integrity. Collaborate with all levels in the organization to ensure daily implementation and compliance of fleet management system.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in compiling fleet utilization, alert data, and optimization reports, demonstrating potential areas for cost savings and better utilization of assets.
  • Assist in License Plates
  • Assist in Fuel Tax Reporting
  • Review and manage telematics data and compile weekly and monthly fleet, customer, and overall business fleet activity reports.
  • Provide general fleet information and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Coordinate fleet replacement/field services upgrade programs.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data inputs and provide recommendations.
  • Create and present material, both written and oral, to senior leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Certifications

Required: Associate's degree or significant course work in data analysis

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field

Experience

Required: Automated report programming using Microsoft Excel. Conducting trend/data analysis and providing reports. General fleet management.

Preferred: 2+ years of condition monitoring analysis.

Functional / Technical Competency Requirements

Required: Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution. Excellent written and oral communication. Proficiency in using database technologies.

Preferred: 5+ years working with Microsoft Excel in intermediate data functions (pivot tables, look-ups, charting, graphing) and Power Point.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
