We are excited to welcome a dedicated and skilled Fleet Manager to our team at Outlaw Logistics. This Part-Time opportunity plays a pivotal role in ensuring the prompt and efficient maintenance of our fleet of Cargo, Electric, and CDV Vehicles. Fleet Manager Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of vehicles, including their maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with Amazon to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Work alongside the Operations Manager, Dispatchers, and Owner to identify and order necessary parts for vehicle repairs within the fleet.
  • Transport vehicles to authorized vendors for preventative maintenance and repair work.
  • Coordinate Roadside Assistance and towing services when required.
  • Responsible for vehicle washing when needed to maintain their appearance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of fleet quality and document any damage to our company's vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Amazon/Element/LeasePlan to input warranty repairs for Authorized Fleet Services, working closely with the on-road team.
  • Assist dispatchers with morning routines, including load-out activities and route coordination when necessary.
  • Coordinate and assign new vehicles accordingly.
  • Implement new ideas for fleet process improvements.
  • Utilize applications like Fleetio to manage vehicle damage and service requests.
Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferably possesses experience in car/van/truck maintenance.
