With these innovations, Grote has helped millions of people throughout North America and the world benefit from the innovation and design excellence of Grote products.Position Summary: The OEM Regional Manager manages and supports all activities related to assigned and customers (Heavy Duty trailers and trucks and accessories). This position takes the lead in ensuring continual service level improvements and innovative product offerings to our present and future customers. This positioninterfaces with Grote functional departments such as Marketing, Customer Services, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Development Managers, and Engineering.Position Duties: -Provides quarterly customer forecasts with monthly updates and makes immediate updates when there is a change - positive or negative -Assures timely execution and communication of project, product, and relationship issues between assigned customer(s) and Grote -Provides weekly or monthly progress reports as needed on project implementation -Provides on-site representation for new vehicle launches, performance concerns, etc.Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or related area of focus and a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and support of the OEM heavy duty market preferably on the electrical side is required. The ability to travel up to 75% of the time is necessary. Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to influence others and show initiative is expected.
