Fleet and Safety Administrator
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility is to support the company's Fleet & Safety Departments with administrative and clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Administrative support for Fleet & Safety departments.
* Maintain/run reports as needed or as directed.
* Follow up on tasks, initiatives directed at branches, branch corrective checklist from field visits by others, etc., as directed.
* Prepare and file documents as directed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Well organized Individual with good administrative skills. A strong background working with Excel Spreadsheets is required.
Education and Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent (Advanced degree preferred).
* A minimum of two (2) years' experience in general office practices.
* Safety and/or Fleet experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* The ability to complete work quickly and properly.
* Must have good technology, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information in an ethical and professional manner.
* Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to perform routine clerical, office functions and make mathematical calculations.
* Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions, and work as part of a team.
* Good attendance and dependability is a must in this position.
