Fleet Service Coordinator

Gabrielli Truck Leasing and Rental is currently seeking a daytime Fleet Service Coordinator.

Job Description :

• Act as the primary Fleet Service Coordinator for our Leasing & Rental trucks, monitoring multiple Maintenance Systems

• Gathers all necessary information to make informed decisions on the best course of action to resolve the service event.

• Assist in scheduling Preventative / Proactive Maintenance with customers & repair facilities.

• Monitor, review & update Service & Warranty reports.

• Able to fill in for After-Hours shift in the event of a call out or scheduled vacation.

Responsibilities :

• Answer the customer service line and complete intake sheet.

• Assess and assign open events.

• Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event.

• Assign appropriate and nearest vendor to make requested repairs.

• Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival on the event and follow instructions per their requirements.

• Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the vendors estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.

• Work with Follow Up to address problems as they arise.

• Handle over flow of new inbound events.

• Assist Follow Up representatives as needed and as time permits.

• Assist in resolving customer inquiries.

• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diesel Mechanical Experience a plus.

• Customer Service and Communications Experience a must.

• Strong computer & organization skills, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Internet Browser, Fleet Management Software

• Full Daytime position but must be flexible to cover After-Hours weekend/ overnight shift if needed.

• Must be available to willing to adapt

• Be motivated, proactive, focused and well organized

• Maintain high level of professionalism.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Pass background and drug test

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
