KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe New Pacific Airways Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety of the aircraft cabin at all times, whether on the ground or during all phases of operation. The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers (referred to as guests) during the flight and is expected to provide exceptional service excellence in each interaction. Other responsibilities aligned with New Pacific Airways Core Values include but are not limited to:
- Compliance with all Part 121 Federal Aviation Regulations and adherence to the Company's Flight Attendant Manual (FAM).
- Perform a cabin pre-flight inspection and ensure that the flight's Captain/Pilot in Command has been informed of any discrepancies or safetyconcerns.
- Utilize the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and promote a positive Safety Culture and use sound judgment for accident prevention.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate will be able to work independently, while still performing effectively as a team member, and will work to build and keep a trusting relationship with our guests and fellow team members. This will be a gateway position transiting from designated USA Gateway Cities for duty. Qualifications include:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two (2) years' operating experience as a Part 121 or Part 135 Flight Attendant. Preferably with VIP Charter/135 experience. Others with a strong customer service background will be considered.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the position which require the ability to lift and maneuver 20 lbs. on a regular basis and may involve lifting and maneuvering up to 60 lbs., in addition to standing for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Additionally, you must be able to attend training in all designated locations and commit to the established training schedule.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extreme temperatures.
- Must have a valid United States passport, or be able to obtain one prior to completing training, and have no international travel restrictions.
- Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Must be comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft.
