  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers during flights.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to passengers' needs and inquiries.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support and assistance during medical emergencies or crises on board.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of passengers, using their native language when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cabin environment throughout the flight.
Requirements
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in at least one language other than English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as flight schedules require.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Must meet the physical requirements of the position, including the ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
