We are hiring a Manager, Passenger Services to lead Liberty's team of flight attendants. This role will be responsible for all aspects of flight attendant training, development and performance, with an emphasis on safety, technical and service standards. As a member of the Aviation leadership team, this role will collaborate closely with the flight operations, maintenance and flight support functions to ensure alignment in pursuit of the department's goals of prioritizing safety, providing superior service and enhancing operational excellence.

In order to maintain a high degree of operational and systems knowledge, to understand passenger needs and to support their team, the Manager, Passenger Services will supplement the schedule as an active Flight Attendant.

The Manager, Passenger Services shall be responsible for:

* Developing, implementing and monitoring flight attendant training and performance safety and technical standards in coordination with the Director of Aviation. Ensuring that standards and procedures comply with regulatory and manufacturer guidance.

* Establishing service standards in coordination with the Director of Aviation and ensuring they are aligned with both industry best practices and company guidelines.

* Partnering with the Chief Pilot to foster the strong sense of teamwork that exists between the pilot and flight attendant teams and ensuring that operational procedures are well understood across both groups.

* Developing and collaborating on operational documentation, including the portions of the General Operations Manual that relate to the flight attendant team. Communicating pertinent changes and revisions to affected personnel.

* Ensuring that all flight attendants have the knowledge of aircraft systems, equipment, and operating limitations necessary for the safe conduct of flight operations on each aircraft to which they will be assigned duty.

* Identifying and maintaining relationships with vendors who support operations that are specific to the flight attendant team. Periodically reviewing vendor support for effectiveness and cost in coordination with the Corporate Aviation leadership team.

* Overseeing aircraft stock and service item inventories and aircraft catering practices, ensuring they meet service and cost guidelines.

* Overseeing the hangar stock/prep room and coordinating the coffee/beverage service at the facility.

* Fosters an atmosphere of trust, support and respect by modeling behavior that embodies Liberty Mutual's Identity and Values.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a flight attendant, with a preference for business aviation operations conducted globally in large cabin aircraft under Part 91, 91K or 135

* Prior experience leading and developing a team preferred

* Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills

* Valid U.S. passport with the ability to travel worldwide without restrictions

* Valid driver's license

* Ability to lift/move heavy objects (e.g., life raft)

* College degree, or equivalent experience
