As a Flight Coordinator, you will manage every aspect of client flight logisticssourcing, pricing, and organizing flight requests with precision. Youll gain comprehensive industry knowledge, from pricing strategies to aircraft sourcing pools and market trends, with hands-on training to support your growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aircraft Sourcing & Logistics: Coordinate and manage all aspects of flight logistics, sourcing aircraft for client requests, and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
- Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of aircraft pricing strategies, sourcing pools, and fulfillment options through training and experience.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with aircraft operators, negotiating contracts and securing optimal pricing.
- Flight Management: Track, monitor, and maintain flight schedules for clients and operators, ensuring clear communication internally and externally.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales brokers and management, providing prompt, accurate updates and reports.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client and proprietary information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet monthly flight coordination and margin goals, contributing to overall team success.
- Schedule Flexibility: Be available for shifts that align with client and aircraft schedules, including weekend and off-hour rotations as part of a 24/7/365 team operation.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent operations experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with FAA Part 135 operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- FAA Pilot's License is preferred but not required.
