**Job Description**
Responsible for Integration of Project Management Data across Flight Solutions contracts including key areas of Development, Production and Sustainment on the F-35 Lightning II program.
Act as a key interface both internal and external working closely with the Business Operations Manager and Project Control Managers.
Drive Cross Contract Analysis of Earned Value data in support of internal and external reviews
Provide funding status and requirements, tracking costs against new and established purchase orders
Coordination and input into various Program mandated Lifecycle Management reviews
Focal point to Resource Management activities for the PMO, coordinating with Business Management and PM for various reporting requirements
Management of Change activity on the various programs and coordination with PM and Contracts
Co-ordination of US Programs PM Toolset access for Cost Schedule Integrators
Manage the IT Support for BAE Systems Air Sector (UK) networked deployed IT assets
Focal point for Contract Mobilization activities ensuring communication across all areas of the business
Accountable for the continuation of access to BAE Systems Air Sector (UK) networked Greenlnk IT capability for US and UK employed personnel and Leadership of the enterprise IT requirements including the dependencies of Customer Furnished Equipment s, systems and toolsets
Lead Bid Activities on behalf of the Project Management Office including coordination between US Programs and Flight Solutions. Create and update internal bid processes
Serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and business management.
Prepare project execution plan and identifies technical and business resources needed.
Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Project Management or related field and 6 years of experience in Project Management OR Master s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Project Management or related field and 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management.
Qualified candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the following:
Industry project management framework and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards along with wide application of technical principles.
Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training and/or experience.
Air Sector (UK) Project Management processes and procedures including Air Sector Lifecycle Management Framework
US government contract management on an EV required contract
Department of Defense style proposals, including contracting, cost types, terms and conditions
Federal Acquisition Regulations part 15 acquisitions
F-35 customer community, Lockheed Martin, and F-35 Joint Program Office (Joint Program Office)
UK Ministry of Defense contracting (DEFCONS)
Department of Defense policies processes regarding program management and contracting
Air Sector (UK) security processes acceptable to the UK Ministry of Defense.
Air Sector (UK) IT Policies and process including access and hardware acquisition processes
Required Certifications/Licensure: APMP or PMI PMP qualified.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $119,246 - $173,700
